Garlicky Honey Butter Sauce

We love honey in all forms, and melted with copious amounts of garlic and butter and drizzled all over soft pretzels is no exception. This garlicky honey butter is super easy to put together and won’t last long after you glaze it all over your breads, seafood, roasted vegetables…the list goes on.

Ingredients (makes 1/2 cup sauce)

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 4 cloves garlic minced

  • 2 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice (or 1 tablespoon white vinegar)

  • salt to taste

Directions (Recipe adapted from Cafe Delites):

Combine all the butter, honey, and garlic into a small saucepan over low heat until the honey and butter have melted, whisking slowly. Then add lemon juice and season with salt to taste. Take off heat and enjoy!

We used this sauce on our freshly baked soft pretzels and couldn’t stop chowing down. Check out Preppy Kitchen for their soft pretzel recipe and be sure to brush the pretzels before and after baking for the tastiest results!
